WELCOME TO MILLY'S SECRET SANTA

Over the past few years, we’ve proudly coordinated the donation of hundreds of Christmas gifts to the children and families on the PICU ward at Birmingham Children’s Hospital - many of whom arrive with nothing more than what they had in the ambulance. Your generosity has made those moments a little brighter.

The kindness shown by Magic of Milly supporters has truly amazed us. Back in 2020, when the pandemic meant we couldn’t collect or deliver gifts in person, we launched Milly’s Secret Santa - and even during such a challenging time, the support was overwhelming.

Since then, the website has continued to grow, helping us reach more families than ever.

This year, for Christmas 2025, we’re relaunching Milly’s Secret Santa once again, giving everyone the chance to get involved and help us provide essential hampers and heartfelt gifts to children and their families on the ward.
